Heaven Hill Distilleries named "Distiller of the Year"

Carlsberg-Cottingham partner Heaven Hill has been named "Distiller of the Year" in the 17th Annual Malt Advocate Whisky Awards. Renowned for their award winning bourbon whiskies, Heaven Hill Distilleries, Inc., is the USA's largest independent family-owned and operated spirits producer and marketer.

The Malt Advocate Whiskey Awards "recognizes the best in the world of whisk(e)y". The awards are presented by Malt Advocate Magazine, America's leading whiskey publication and the sponsor of WhiskyFest, the nation's largest and most respected whisky tasting event.

In awarding Heaven Hill "Distillery of the Year", John Hansell, Publisher and Editor of Malt Advocate Magazine, stated that "smart whiskey lovers know their reputation for delivering great value in their whiskey brands.
